REFUND POLCY

  1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made at Astel.co unless the items received are damaged or defective upon arrival, for which an unboxing video is mandatory.

  2. Exchange Only for Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the damaged item with a new one of equal or lesser value. Proof of damage may be required.

  3. Exchange Process: To initiate the exchange process for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at 9949764030. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for exchange.

  4. Conditions for Exchange: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase in order to be eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.

  5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us for clarification if you have any questions about the exchange eligibility of a specific item.
